What You’ll Do
- ECI SFC: SALES FORCE CONTRIBUTION
- Supervise collaborations renovations.
- Seasonal Review with the sales managers of each line.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with the collaboration based on the contract agreed between the two, keeping track of the personnel assigned to these agreements, as well as their terminations, registrations, working days, etc.....
- Continuous analysis of the sale by seller on a monthly basis .
- Constant communication with sellers and ECI Department Managers to see their evolution in monthly sales.
- The administrative management of collaboration agreements.

- The administrative management of its own personnel entails: Monthly variables (payroll): We include every month all the information corresponding to the employee variables (restaurant ticket, incentives, etc.), including the monthly commission data after downloading sales through EDI.

- Selection processes for new candidates.
- Overall accountability for development of funded staff, partnering with Funded Staff Co-ordinator for the recruitment, selection, supervision of corner staff and funded staff:
- Build strategies around enhancing PRL induction days to ensure Store ambassadors are effectively trained to the highest standards.
- Reviews and selects Management level funded staff for store position within the corners
- Coach and mentors’ staff to maximize sales
- Directs the orientation and training of all new funded staff
- Uses succession planning for current and future positions
- Evaluate staff performance annually
- Identifies areas of skills and training needed and assures the formulation of suitable development programs.
- Partner with Human Resources, Funded Staff Coordinator and Corner Managers on complex staff relations issues
- Workday: Performing all WD procedures: Hire, Job change, Termination, Schedules, etc... And all management and communication with their corresponding R&D forms: Hiring,Job Change. Termination , Absences , etc.
Organization of training for all RL ECI Staff, regardless of its format (virtual, face-to-face, clinic only RL Staff, etc...).
