💰 Salary: circa €70,000 + bonus + benefits

🌟 The Role
As People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related. From building inclusive and values-led policies to handling complex ER cases with care, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
You’ll be working closely with the Chief of Staff, providing strategic input and hands-on support to ensure the business continues to grow in a fair, consistent and people-first way.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
People & Culture
- Act as the first point of contact for people queries and coaching across the business.
- Lead initiatives that shape and evolve a values-driven, inclusive and engaged culture.
- Promote clear behavioural frameworks and team rituals that foster belonging and accountability.
- Strengthen communication and cohesion across a distributed team.
Employee Relations
- Own the ER function – from complex case management to proactive risk mitigation.
- Offer expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence and conduct matters.
- Provide balanced, human-centred support to both managers and employees.
Policy & HR Operations
- Review, update and embed HR policies that align with company values and UK/EU legislation.
- Ensure policies are well-communicated, understood, and applied consistently.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and operational HR processes.
People Projects & Culture Programmes
- Deliver impactful campaigns that elevate culture, DEI and employee voice.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Build toolkits for people managers to lead confidently and empathetically.
✅ About You
- Significant experience in a people-focused HR or People & Culture role.
- Strong ER background and up-to-date knowledge of UK/EU employment law.
- Proven experience driving policy and cultural transformation in scaling businesses.
- Empathetic, approachable, and confident navigating sensitive conversations.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English language.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (desirable).
