Your main mission as Project Manager will be to manage projects in the development of new products within the renewable energy sector. the PMO will support the project management office (PMO) by ensuring timely and accurate information flow from the development team, particularly from project managers in specific engineering areas. This role focuses on identifying impacts to the critical path, risks, buffer consumption, key decisions, and blocking points.

The Challenges You Will Face

• Attend development meetings in European time zones and record key discussions.
• Capture and summarize impacts to the critical path, risks, and buffer usage.
• Identify and document key decisions and blocking points.
• Synthesize and electronically share meeting notes, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Highlight urgent or high-impact issues that require immediate attention.
• Maintain organized records of discussions and decisions for future reference.
• Ensure efficient and structured communication between the development team and the PMO.
