Descripción del puesto
Buscamos una persona para incorporar en nuestro departamento de RRHH cuyas principales funciones serán:
- Colaborará en la elaboración de todos los procesos de nómina, contratación, gestión de seguros sociales, impuestos, cuadres contables del proceso de nómina...
- Colaborará en la selección de personas
- Participará en la preparación de KPIs para las reuniones de seguimiento del plan de igualdad
- Resuelve consultas que requieren conocimientos específicos de RRHH
- Conocimiento del programa de nómina A3 del grupo Wolters Kluwer.
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia operativa en RRHH.
- Se valorarán conocimientos avanzados en inglés (B2 o superior).
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrido 70% Oficina 30% Modalidad de teletrabajo
- Trabajo estable con contrato indefinido
- Entorno internacional y uso diario de lenguas extranjeras
- Horario de trabajo flexible
- Paquete de retribución flexible: tarjeta de comida, tarjeta de transporte, póliza de seguro médico de empresa y vales de guardería
