-Gestión de Infraestructura y Seguridad:

• Supervisar la infraestructura de redes, servidores, sistemas y aplicaciones.

• Implementar y gestionar políticas de seguridad de la información y protección de datos.

-Gestión de Proyectos y CRM:

• Planificar y dirigir proyectos de implementación de nuevas tecnologías y mejoras de sistemas, incluyendo proyectos de implantación de CRM.
• Gestionar proveedores y contratos de servicios de IT.
• Asegurar la entrega de proyectos dentro del presupuesto y cronograma establecidos.

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy

- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
