Serás la persona clave de impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas aprovechando tus conocimientos técnicos para identificar, cualificar y cerrar oportunidades.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades técnicos/as y recomendar las soluciones adecuadas. También colaborarás con los equipos técnicos, de ingeniería y de ventas, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde inicio a fin.
-Supervisar y coordinar la gestión de los comerciales y técnicos/as.
-Realizar, revisar y aprobar presupuestos y presentación de ofertas comerciales.
-Definir y ejecutar la gestión comercial desde el estudio de las necesidades del mercado, hasta la promoción del producto. Análisis de mercado para mantenerse al día con las tendencias de la industria y las actividades de la competencia.
-Apoyo a Gerencia: tanto a nivel técnico/a como comercial.
-Apoyo en los proyectos especiales, búsqueda de soluciones técnicos/as, búsqueda de proveedores/as, productos y componentes.
-Clientes propios B2By desarrollo de proyectos completos.
-Definir los controles, tanto de proceso como de producto (materiales, componentes y acabados) para asegurar que se cumplen los requisitos establecidos.
-Definir las condiciones de manipulación, almacenamiento, conservación y embalaje junto con los otros departamentos.
-Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas eficaces para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos, gestión comercial y técnico/a.
-Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes clave.
-Demostraciones de productos y presentaciones para destacar los beneficios de nuestras soluciones.

Desde WeHunt estamos trabajando para una compañía del sector industrial, en crecimiento, productora de maquinaria en la búsqueda de un técnico interno (válvulas, bombas, etc.) Esta persona deberá gestionar, en colaboración con el resto del equipo, el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes asignados, promocionando su crecimiento, elaborando las propuestas técnicas y comerciales (oferta) y siendo el soporte interno del equipo Comercial Externo en la atención al cliente en la fase de venta.
Misiones principales:
Reportando directamente al Jefe de Ventas de la zona, sus principales misiones serán:
- Comprender las necesidades del cliente y definir las propuestas.
- Proponer soluciones técnicas y comerciales adecuadas orientadas a la materialización de un pedido.
- Seguir telemáticamente o por teléfono la oferta realizada al cliente en coordinación con la carga de trabajo o indicaciones del equipo comercial externo
- Negociar con el cliente y resolver las dudas técnicas y aclaraciones previamente a la consecución del pedido.
- Coordinar las condiciones comerciales y contractuales con el equipo comercial externo
- Analizar el mercado, los clientes y la competencia.
- Coordinar con el Gestor o Gestora del Pedido la conversión de la Oferta en Pedido.
Requisitos (H/M/D):
- Grado en Ingeniería (especialidad mecánica y/o electrónica).
- Inglés escrito y hablado (Nivel B2).
- Conocimientos técnicos (teóricos) en bombas, válvulas, mecánica de fluidos, electricidad y automatización.
- Tener habilidades interpersonales y grandes cualidades comerciales. Saber trabajar en equipo y tener espíritu de análisis y síntesis.
- Capacidad para trabajar de acuerdo a objetivos dinámicos con foco en la atención al cliente (interno y externo).

About The Role

The Sales Analyst will work on the Revenue Operations team and is responsible for enabling the revenue team with actionable data and intelligence. These responsibilities are delivered through the definition & refinement of the key sales data campaigns and/or sales data analysis, measuring the performance of the campaigns against established targets, and recommending actions to drive improved revenue performance.
What will you be doing?
This person will be responsible for creating actionable customer and prospect lists for our sales teams, producing sales campaign analysis, reporting on sales performance (revenue/expense/customer trends), modeling impact of investment, and performing root cause analysis.
- Utilize advanced Looker and Excel skill sets to analyze data sets as set forth by the Sales Leaderships team. These may include (but are not limited to):
- Retail Sales data
- Forecasting
- Marketplace data
- Transportation data
- Identify high-potential accounts/customers/prospects through market research and data analysis
- Create sales data campaign queries and work with BI and our Salesforce teams to get campaigns in front of our sellers
- Push to learn and become a subject matter expert on our carrier, software, insurance, and other offerings
- Seek to understand areas for data efficiencies and push forward innovative and game-changing projects
- Prepare materials for sales leaders to help them with enabling their team to drive revenue
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' experience.
- Three or more (3+) years of relevant work experience.
- Two or more (2+) years' experience in relational database concepts with expert knowledge of SQL
- Two or more (2+) years of experience modeling investment opportunity or financial planning
- One or more (1+) years of experience managing and developing business intelligence solutions, such as Tableau, Looker, or Sisense for Cloud Data Teams (preferably Looker)
- Experience in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong track record of learning new tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Business acumen is required - understanding the levers to pull to produce growth and associated risks
- SQL and BigQuery experience
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Understands descriptive statistics
- Strategic Bias - weighing scale vs. expediency, and can identify opportunities and risks within existing systems.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate results and insights to management and directors
- Able to effectively combine quantitative data and qualitative information to communicate the "so what" of a situation to drive actionable insights
- Passion for customers and interest in eCommerce
- Ability to work cross-functionally to understand and deliver on business needs
- Data management skills (cleaning, linking, analyzing, reporting)
- Able to balance fun & positive working relationships with the need to have direct conversations around business performance
