*What You´ll Do* The successful applicant for this position will be a person with relevant experience, highly motivated and a team player.
Leading on incident response and taking ownership of Post-Mortems, the SREs are responsible for keeping all user-facing services and other production systems running smoothly. SREs apply sound engineering principles, operational discipline, and mature automation to the platform.
The key to the DevOps group´s success is engagement across teams, contributing to the development and operation of games and services which meet reliability targets.
Product Madness is growing fast, which means as a Senior DevOps Engineer you will have to balance speed to production while maintaining focus on crucial reliability metrics and processes.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be a key member of the leadership team as we implement and improve our Engineering best practice across the business.
Responsibilities
* Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact availability, and provide support for Cloud Operation Engineers
* Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack.
* Plan and support the growth of Product Madness Infrastructure.

- Support for monthly closing according to sales.
- Maintain control of physical inventories against the system using the formats authorized by the Logistics and Warehouse department.
- Supervise periodic, monthly, semi-annual and annual inventories.
- Check the logistics data sent to us by Alfil for each customer order (reference, number and weight of boxes, pallet type and check also pictures sent by Alfil to verify if everything is correct). Coordinate the arrival of containers at the warehouse with Alfil and forwarders.
- Update the status of shipments to Barcelona and customer orders, through a control in an Excel document that is updated daily.
- Maintain current sanitary permits. Management of customs procedures, tax refunds.
- Import License and Tariff Iines Updates. Incoterm update for each distributor
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in International Commerce, Industrial Enginieer, Administration or related
• Previous Custom Regulations, logistic experiece
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectively.
• Proven public speaking ability for delivering presentations/training.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the spirits or luxury industry is a plus.
