What will you do?
- Develop one team and ensure the targeted use and design of the agile rules within the team

- Degree or training as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- Practical experience in supporting agile, self-organized teams as a Scrum Master
- High degree of openness as well as an interest in people and their diversity, and you have a strong willingness to communicate and network
- You enjoy communicating your agile mindset and methodological knowledge to others
- A well-stocked agile methodology toolbox and practical experience with agile process models (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking), facilitation and organizational development

¿Qué buscamos?
Estamos buscando un/a Firmware (PL) Senior Expert :
- Pasión por el aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías disruptivas.
- Participación en la realización de ofertas y responsabilidad sobre el planteamiento de la solución técnica a cliente.
- Plantear y liderar pruebas de concepto para la implantación de nuevas tecnologías.
- Asistencia a seminarios técnicos.
- Proponer patentes a nivel grupo.
- Apoyo a las líneas transversales en toda la fase de vida de un producto: Diseño, Fabricación y Apoyo en servicio.
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de desarrollo de la compañía, con foco en el subproceso de desarrollo PL.
- Responsabilidad sobre el diseño de las arquitecturas PL de la compañía.
- Establecer estándares de codificación de la compañía.
- Fijar las plataformas de diseño (SoC / FPGAs / CPLDs) en función del tipo de producto y línea de negocio.
- Establecer las familias de diseño de diseño preferente dentro de un fabricante.
- Conocimiento de las diferentes tecnologías y fabricantes existentes en el mercado con foco en las necesidades de cada desarrollo / línea de negocio.
- Planteamiento de pruebas exhaustivas para asegurar la validación de la funcionalidad implementada, desde el punto de vista de simulación a pruebas en plataforma final.
- Soporte a la transición de diseños implementados en FPGAs a ASIC.
- Elaborar estrategias que faciliten la optimización de recursos en una FPGA
- Realizar propuestas para la reutilización de bloques funcionales, para minimizar los riesgos y el tiempo de desarrollo en nuevos productos.
- Referente técnico para los ingenieros D&D durante el proceso de diseño y desarrollo
- Seguimiento técnico de proyectos: gestión de riesgos, soporte y apoyo en dificultades.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y fases de diseño acordadas con el cliente.
- Defensa técnica de las soluciones y de los procesos de desarrollo de los proyectos en auditorias técnicas o frente a cliente.
- A cargo de la formación interna, como referente, de alto nivel: tanto de conocimientos técnicos como relativos a procesos de la compañía. (formador de formadores)
- Generación y mantenimiento de las guías, procedimientos y normas del proceso de diseño PL.
- Comprender las especificidades de diseño de cada una de líneas de la compañía y aportar mejoras para optimizar el proceso de diseño.
- Garantizar la calidad y excelencia técnica de los productos antes de su paso a producción.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
- Titulación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, o Informática orientada
- 10 años mínimo de experiencia contrastada en diseño en lógica programable
- Experiencia en proyectos con DO-254 o similar y etapas de desarrollo: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SVR, MRR.
- Diseño de sistemas complejos que incluyen arquitecturas tipo : SoCs/FPGAs: Xilinx/Microsemi
- Elaboración de documentación técnica SSS, SDD, LRS, ICD etc.
- Conocimiento en metodologías Ágiles: Kanban, Scrum, SAFe.
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de desarrollo de la compañía, con foco en el subproceso de desarrollo PL.
- Conocimientos de ingeniería de sistemas, Framework OTAN NAF4 y deseable certificación INCOSE
- Con inquietud para formar parte del programa OTL: programa del que forman parte los Expertos Tecnológicos de Oesia.
- Formación y certificaciones indicando año y vigencia de las mismas.
- Publicaciones de artículos y/o actividad en redes y medios especializados

Desde Adecco estamos en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de mejora continua (control de calidad y revisión de procesos) para una empresa internacional.
Tus funciones y responsabilidades
- Reducirás la complejidad de procesos, implantando el sistema de gestión de almacén y de mejoras en picking y packing.
- Gestionarás la calidad, implantando los sistemas de gestión de calidad de producto (fabricación e importación) y de gestión de incidencias (con su respectivo control).
- Definirás y documentarás todos los procesos, implementando estándares y evitando variabilidad.
- Definirás indicadores de ventas, incidencias y previsiones (diarios, semanales, mensuales y anuales).
- Desarrollarás la ingeniería de ingresos, gestionando la seguridad en todas sus facetas.
- Generarás un cuadro de mandos.
- Cumplirás legalidad en packing.
- Reducirás el nivel de inventario, liquidando/destruyendo lo obsoleto.

Requisitos
- Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
- Experiencia previa de 2 años en posición similar.
- Inglés B2 / C1
- Valorable formación en Lean manufacturing, Kanban o similar.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contratación estable directa por empresa.
- Horario intensivo de Lunes a Viernes: 08:45h a 17:00h.
- Apoyo y formación inicial en el puesto de trabajo.
- Salario 35k a 40k SBA.
