Buscamos una persona para el puesto de investigador/a en procesado de materiales mediante láser con capacidad de liderazgo y experiencia de tres a cinco años en el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicamente innovadoras transferibles a las empresas.

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU PROPÓSITO?

• Impulsar, promover y liderar tecnologías de procesado de materiales mediante láser, con especial orientación a la fabricación aditiva.
• Investigación aplicada a la caracterización de procesos de fabricación aditiva y procesos de corte mediante láser de aleaciones metálicas, combinando modelización, simulación, trabajo experimental, monitorización y análisis avanzado de variables de procesado.
• Análisis y caracterización física y mecánica de los componentes procesados. Caracterización de las propiedades físicas, químicas, microestructurales y metalúrgicas utilizando técnicas como, por ejemplo, microscopía óptica, SEM, XRD, CT, etc.
• Relación con clientes, identificación y definición de planes de desarrollo y colaboración conjunto. Promover la integración de los ámbitos de investigación en sus productos para lograr transferencia tecnológica.
• Identificación de tecnologías complementarias de interés. Definición de colaboradores, marco de relación y modelo de desarrollo conjunto.
• Vigilancia del mercado, tecnología y sus tendencias. Determinación y agilidad en la identificación de oportunidades a integrar en el ámbito de actuación.
• Liderar grupo de trabajo orientado al procesado mediante tecnologías láser y en especial a la fabricación aditiva. Iniciativa en proponer nuevas soluciones y capacidad para ponerlas en marcha.
• Gestión, coordinación y elaboración de propuestas de I+D+i. Nacionales e Internacionales.
  
  
  

• Formación: Ciencias Físicas/Ingeniería de materiales/Ingeniería industrial. Se valorará la titulación de doctorado
• Idiomas: inglés nivel avanzado, valorándose euskera.
• Experiencia: Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en entorno de investigación y desarrollo.
• Conocimientos: Conocimientos en tecnologías de fabricación aditiva.

Job Description

As a Data Scientist, your mission will be to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that supports our client´s operations.

What will you be doing?
- Actively work on proposing and developing data solutions, converting huge data sets into meaningful figures that capture understandable figures for the business uers.
- Work on the data solution design so they meet IT reference architecture
- Propose software designs for applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns and tools.
- Ability to understand complex architectures with a wide range of technologies which need to talk each other.
- Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.
- Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features
- Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the end-user areas.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science business, developing end-to-end data solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and in English

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge around Cloud Computing environments.
- Knowledge of the principles of machine learning and MLOps
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, R or a comparable programming language (such as Python, SAS, SPSS, or MATLAB)
- Familiarity with Model Risk Management cncept is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with focus hypothesis formulation and testing.
- Strong evidence of leveraging analytics to drive business results.
