- Administrar y mantener la infraestructura, garantizar la disponibilidad y continuidad del servicio.

- Ejecutar proyectos para asegurar y evolucionar la infraestructura alineada con objetivos estratégicos.

- Gestionar incidencias, solicitudes y desarrollo de evolutivos. Apertura y seguimiento del escalado de peticiones externalizadas en proveedores o fabricantes.

- Asesorar técnicamente a proyectos de negocio.

- Gestionar los proveedores del área.

¿Qué tecnología utilizarás para el desempeño de tu rol?

- VMware y vSphere para gestionar la infraestructura de la organización.
