In the role of Junior Work Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operational management of the offices in Spain, driving the continuous evolution of the Blippers' workplace experience. This includes building performance indicators, optimizing workflows, creating internal policies, and managing all processes related to internal events, vendors, and more. Your work will always be aligned with Blip’s culture, aiming not just to serve, but to continuously improve our work environments—reflecting change, evolution, and the ongoing development of Blip’s culture.
The main responsibilities you will have are:
- Create policies and workflows related to the area: events, mobility, mail handling, etc.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for service providers/partners and internal processes.
- Execute activities related to Work Experience (access management, coordination of internal events, shipping and receiving items, managing office vendors, among others).
- Collaborate with other departments to identify potential areas for improvement and process evolution.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities, always maintaining and aligning with service quality standards.
- Contribute to the employee journey by creating and enhancing meaningful rituals that strengthen Blip’s culture.
- Develop and implement workplace experience initiatives that promote and reflect Blip’s culture.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Availability for on-site work.
- Solid experience in Facilities/Workplace/Events routines.
- Analytical mindset focused on processes and tracking metrics.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
