Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a hardworking individual, based in Madrid, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. This individual must have full confidence and fluency in both English and Spanish. This 6-month position will provide overall assistance to the Madrid office, supporting the Regional Managing Director and Director of Impressionist & Modern Art and the Representative for Old Master & 19th Century Paintings.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Managing general estimate requests
• Provide client services assistance (registration, post-sale support)
• Support logistic requirements (shipping, etc)
• General office support (post-office, small tasks)
• Contribute to the ED&I committee and initiatives on behalf of the Madrid office
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Background in Art History, Business or the ability to demonstrable relevant work experience
• Fluency is required in Spanish & English, additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of E-mail, Spreadsheet, Word Processing and Presentation software (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Superior client service skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and proven ability to work to deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
