What You Will Do

• Assist in coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities across internal teams and external suppliers.

• Support with ERP and logistics software to track inventory, monitor transport, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Help manage logistics data entry, reporting, and cost tracking for shipments and materials.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of aerospace components and materials.

• Liaise with transportation providers and customs agents to support import/export processes.

• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in logistics operations and propose possible improvements.

• Gain exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and contribute to its use in logistics and warehouse coordination.
