Do you have analytical skills and have you managed interdepartmental communication? We are looking for a person who understands and supervises action plans to achieve the proposed goals in purchasing performance. This will require a person to monitor and encourage the achievement of the plans.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the proposed action plans.
- Formulate alerts on performance deviations and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate and prepare reviews with the Purchasing team.
- Quantify risks and opportunities, and analyze supplier performance.
- Update procedures and reference materials to measure Purchasing performance.
- Lead the budget cycle, including the formalization of processes and preparation of budget objectives.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business and finance or similar.
- Proven experience in operational controlling.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Controlling and in reporting.
- Strong knowledge in working with databases (expert in Excel, Power BI)
- Fluent in English. Ability to report and communicate in a fully English-speaking work environment.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, effective communication, customer orientation, ability to work independently and in a team, and meet deadlines.
