Agenda & Travel Management: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and organize business trips, including itineraries, transfers, and cost tracking.
Expense & Budget Reporting: Prepare and upload expense reports, track departmental expenses, and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Legal & Contract Oversight: Track NDAs, follow up on pending contracts, and coordinate reviews with consultants and the legal team.
Financial Tracking & Cost Control: Assist in creating and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), track invoices and payments, and maintain financial oversight.
Planning & Coordination: Set reminders for key deadlines, facilitate communication between consultants and internal departments, and ensure smooth workflows.
Project Charter & Compliance Support: Ensure NDAs, contracts, and POs are accurately recorded and aligned with project needs and timelines.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in design software such as and Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge or interest in the luxury hospitality market is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
