Product Manager - Contract - Madrid - Hybrid

Our client, a global underwriter, is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to be based in Madrid. The role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of a new Policy Administration System (PAS). As the Product Manager, you will manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to implementation—while ensuring the system meets the needs of both internal stakeholders and end-users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, operations, and senior leadership, to ensure the PAS delivers value, supports business objectives, and aligns with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of the Policy Administration System, managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from product strategy to execution and optimisation.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, underwriting, claims, and other departments to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance business operations and user satisfaction

My client requires you to be in the office two days a week, located in central Madrid.

This will initially be a six-month contract, with a strong possibility for extension.
