Responsibilities:

• Support DOA invoices and credit notes issuing;
• Update invoices/CNs and track the status;
• Support reconciliation between distributors and clients;
• Other service and finance work.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar majors;
• Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel;
• Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill;
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish, Chinese is a plus;
• Base in Madrid;
• Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date;
• Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign Three Parties Internship Agreement.
