We are looking for a Talent acquisition expert with experience in the insurance sector to support our talent acquisition processes during a period of transformation and growth. This role will be key in ensuring effective hires aligned with our quality standards and corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from profile definition to final offer.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers from different departments to understand specific business needs.
- Draft and publish attractive job postings on relevant platforms.
- Proactively source talent through traditional and non-traditional channels (LinkedIn, job fairs, databases, etc.).
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in both Spanish and English.
- Coordinate technical and team interviews.
- Keep the candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updated.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in recruitment, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.
- Knowledge of technical and administrative roles within the insurance industry.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (able to conduct interviews and communicate fluently in English).
- Experience working in multicultural environments and large companies.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (some days onsite at the office).
