Your Role:

Start your journey with lead generation, conversion, and booking meetings, with plenty of opportunities to evolve into handling full client relationships, closing deals, and even leadership roles. You'll be given all the tools you need to grow, including hands-on training, mentorship, and industry insights.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has at least 1 year in a target-driven sales role (B2C/B2B/SDR/BDR)
• Is comfortable in phone-based sales (cold calling or outbound is a plus)
• Is ambitious and eager for career progression
• Is motivated to achieve high commission earnings
• Really look forward to relocating to Malta and start a rewarding career there
• Has a third-level degree (preferred but not essential)
