Join Axpo Services EMEA in Madrid and play a vital role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional management of accounts receivables and payables for Axpo Power AG, Axpo Grid AG, and Axpo Hydro AG. Compliance with ICS controls and regulations is key to your success in this position.

What you will do:

• Manage vendor invoices: posting in MM and FI modules.
• Execute payment runs with precision and timeliness.
• Monitor and clear the GR/IR account.
• Act as deputy for accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and debtor master data maintenance.
• Implement an efficient dunning process for AR as a backup.
• Contribute to additional accounting tasks based on internal task lists.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• Advanced knowledge in finance or accounting (further education is a plus).
• Practical experience in accounting, with SAP user knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel; other IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Hyperion HFM/Tagetik) are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilient, assertive, and excellent at self-management.
• Fluent in English and German.
