Responsabilidad principal

• Cumplir con las instrucciones de su jefe inmediato en cuanto a tareas y obligaciones que se le asignen, verificando que cuenta con todo el equipo y suministros necesarios para desempeñar su labor, manejando adecuadamente el mismo para evitar desperdicio y mermas.
• Recoger de las áreas de servicio: loza, cristalería, plaqué y los distintos utensilios de preparación de los alimentos y procede a su limpieza, utilizando los detergentes y cumpliendo con los procedimientos de limpieza adecuados y almacenándolos en los lugares asignados para ser usados nuevamente.
• Limpiar marmitas, hornos, planchas, campanas, salamandras, parrillas, etc…, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos, observando en todo momento las medidas y normas de seguridad para evitar riesgo de accidentes.
• Llevar a cabo la limpieza de las áreas asignadas, tales como pisos, paredes, puertas, mobiliario, etc… cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de higiene y limpieza.
• Recoger sistemáticamente todos los cubos de basura de las distintas secciones, reemplazándolos en el mismo momento por vacíos limpios con sus respectivas bolsas y tapas. Lleva a cabo la descarga, revisión y clasificación de basura, así como el lavado de los cubos.
• Manejar con extrema precaución todo el equipo de operación al transportarlo para evitar cualquier accidente, derrames o roturas, cumpliendo en todo momento con las normas de seguridad.
• Ejecutar todas las instrucciones y trabajos que le sean asignados por su superior inmediato, así como las responsabilidades que el cargo requiera.
