About The Role
DNV is one of the leading global providers of accredited Management System Certification. We help our customers to meet international standards and build sustainable business performance.
We are looking for a Sales Expert for the Food & Beverage Sector for Certification Services to join our vibrant team. In the role, you will help maintain DNV’s reputation as a trusted partner to our customers. You will grow DNV’s business in Spain by identifying and developing opportunities for new business and keeping track of existing contract portfolios. Taking advantage of your strong network of potential DNV customers, you will develop, position and drive convincing value propositions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working independently, you will generate and nurture sales opportunities in the Food & Beverage sector to new and existing accounts. You will monitor and follow up on leads, outstanding quotations, while maintaining up-to-date sales funnel.
- You will also be proactively performing sales and acquisition visits, maintaining communication with potential customers. Presenting our company’s services, unique selling points and added value, while providing excellent customer service and support.
- Part of your task will include preparing quotations and ensuring signed contracts comply with DNV procedures and authorizations.
- You will be a part of our sales team and will positively contribute to team-building process, by working together to commit to our unit’s targets.

About You
To be successful in this position, we ask that you have the following:
- Experience in sales of certification services in the Food & Beverage sector or similar sector
- Knowledge of and strong commercial network in the Food & Beverage industry and technical knowledge of specific certification schemes like BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, etc.
- Professional level of Spanish and English
- Market knowledge and strong business connections in Spain
- Proactive self-starter personality and team player attitude.
- Sales drive, to benefit from our attractive Sales Incentive Scheme.
