By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team in Spain is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience.
About The Role
As our E-Commerce Trading Manager, you will be:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Spain, Southern Europe, and EMEA to manage all aspects of trading on the Dyson Webshop.
- Planning, leading, and delivering projects and promotions to support the growth of Dyson.com as part of the broader Direct business.
- Managing and coordinating key trading periods (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale, Winter Sale) to ensure successful execution.
- Monitoring sell-out performance and website metrics, providing insights during trading meetings, and recommending future plans based on analysis.
- Owning the shopper experience by understanding market trends, consumer needs, and eCommerce best practices to drive customer journey improvements.
- Optimising the customer journey in collaboration with e-merchandising teams to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
- Managing operational forecasts for finished goods and accessories, while communicating adjustments across teams as needed.
- Leading stock management efforts, addressing stock movements, arrivals, and out-of-stock opportunities with the supply team.
- Collaborating with media and acquisition teams to analyse performance, implement optimisations, and drive dedicated campaigns.
- Supporting Category Managers by providing insights into digital shopper behaviour to optimise category and marketing strategies.
- Driving trading profit through initiatives like payment, delivery, and traffic mix optimisation.
- Owning and managing the Direct Pricing Policy to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinating omni-channel D2C platform activities, such as pricing adjustments and promotional incentives.
- Exploring and implementing new revenue opportunities, including social shopping, affiliate programmes, and innovations in payment and delivery solutions.
- Sharing best practices with international teams to enhance eCommerce operations globally.
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, digital, or a related analytical field.
- Hands-on experience with commercial and technological aspects of eCommerce, including front-end and back-end tools, systems, and platforms.
- A deep passion for eCommerce, with a strong understanding of the latest online marketing trends and digital technologies.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a dynamic and collaborative personality.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on driving data-based decisions and delivering impactful results.
