We are looking for a Specialist Project Managment to join our growing Team in Madrid or Sevilla for the realization of utility-scale renewable projects with the main focus on the engineering aspects.

Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of engineering documents, specifications for suppliers and sub-contractors and other technical project documentation.
- Creation of internal and external reports, executive summaries and presentations regarding the progress of the project.
- Management of project related documentation and virtual data rooms.
- Review and approval of incoming project invoices and project costs management according to the internal directives.
- Project design optimizations from technical & economical perspective.
- Preparation and analysis of tenders for the selection of project related consultants.
- Communication with involved parties (business partner, supplier, subcontractor, authorities).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- initial experience in managing projects related to renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction.
- experience collaborating with global teams.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.

We are looking for a Wind Resource Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing wind measurement campaigns, analyzing wind data, evaluating turbine suitability, and conducting energy yield assessments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and report to the Team Lead - Wind. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful renewable energy projects while leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage wind measurement campaigns, including site selection, equipment installation, and data collection
- Process and analyze wind data to assess site feasibility and optimize energy production
- Conduct energy yield assessments and uncertainty analyses to support investment decisions
- Evaluate turbine suitability based on site conditions, wind flow modeling, and project constraints
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate wind resource analysis into project planning
- Ensure data accuracy and quality control by applying industry best practices and specialized software
- Support innovation by exploring new methodologies and technologies to enhance wind resource assessments
- Experience in wind resource assessment and wind measurement campaigns
- Proficiency in wind energy modeling tools (e.g., WAsP, WindPRO, OpenWind)
- Strong analytical skills in data processing, uncertainty quantification, and wind flow modeling
- Familiarity with wind turbine technologies, wake effects, and site suitability analysis
- Technical skills in Python, MATLAB, or GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) for data processing and spatial analysis (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

As a Expert Logistic Management, you will be responsible for all logistic aspects of the key components for PV and Wind projects (delivery management, custom clearance, recycling process, registration in entities, ...).

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the logistics' scenarios and costs, risks of delays, damages, and others; and propose contingency plans and mitigation strategies based on the documentation provided by the different involved teams, suppliers, and authorities.Monitor the logistic schedule of the key components and their project-related activities, detailing their sequence of implementation in coordination with the relevant teams involved. Collaborate within the Sourcing team by monitoring suppliers' meeting DDP obligations, tracking shipments, and verifying delivery schedules align with contractual agreements. Address delays or non-compliance issues such as damages claims.Coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to confirm Site Readiness for incoming deliveries, confirming unloading capabilities, and ensuring smooth handover of materials.Receive Supplier inventory and manage internally, as well as metrics for invoicing from Suppliers.When needed, be responsible for the management of the logistics agents: forwarders, transport agencies, customs brokers, etc., including the requesting of proposals, negotiation, contracting and establishment of strong relationships.Support the relevant teams with suppliers and subcontractors during all phases of the project: during/after contractual negotiations, construction, commissioning, etc. Tracks, analyzes, and reports about the progress and performance of the involved logistics agents.Generates knowledge and lessons learned overviews in order to optimize the cost-logistics strategy for procurement and construction.Requirements
