Descripción del puesto Como Hipotecario Financiero en Genda, serás responsable de la gestión y evaluación de solicitudes de hipotecas, asegurando que cumplan con las políticas y normativas de la empresa. Tus tareas diarias incluirán el análisis de estados financieros, comunicación con clientes y entidades financieras, y la preparación de informes financieros. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestra oficina ubicada en el Área Metropolitana de Madrid.
Requisitos

• Aptitudes analíticas y capacidades para interpretar datos financieros y económicos.
• Conocimientos sólidos en finanzas y manejo de estados financieros.
• Experiencia en contabilidad y habilidades para la preparación de informes financieros.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con clientes y equipos de trabajo.

We are looking for First Officers (m/f/d) A320-Family “Fast Track Upgrade” for Eurowings Europe Limited for our base in Prag – Wings Pattern Roster.

• EASA ATPL (A) (German or Austrian License is appreciated)
• Preferably with A320 type rating
• Entrance qualification for an (advanced) technical college, senior high school degree, university entrance exam or any other certificate that permits access to higher education
• Good oral and written command of English language (min. ICAO-Language Proficiency Level 4)
• Medical Class I
• Negative drug test
• Valid background check
• EU-citizenship, Non-EU citizens: residence and work permit for Spain
• Unrestricted validity of passport
• No accident/ no incident confirmation
• 2 references that hold/have held a managerial or training position within an aviation related organization
• Sufficient swimming skills in order to participate in Wet Drill Training
  
  

• Min. 4.000 hrs. on AC > 19,5 to. MTOM
• Min 350 Landings on AC > 19,5 to.MTOM
• “Active line flying” within the last 24 months
• Candidates with A320 T/R and min. 500 hrs. on Type (without simulator) will be preferably considered
