Nature and aim of the position

In this dynamic role within the newly established People Experience Department, you will be instrumental in crafting a world-class employee experience that spans the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Group People Experience Partner, you will engage in a variety of HR operational and administrative tasks, including support the Group People Experience Partner in the management and execution of Group HR Projects, ensuring HR Governance, and providing general support to the global HR team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to learn new things, enjoys the challenge of solving problems, is confident with using IT and in particular, has great knowledge of Sharepoint and the Microsoft Package.

Main duties and responsibilities

Support to the Group People Experience Partner and project management on Group HR Projects

• Supports the Group People Experience Partner by coordinating existing Global HR Projects and the roll-out of new ones
• Supports the Group People Experience Partner by assisting in the project management of tasks such as the tracking of timelines, drafting reports, taking notes and tracking actions from meetings and sending reminders to internal & external stakeholders etc
• Sources and booking venues for meetings, conferences or social gatherings
• With the guidance of the Group People Experience Partner, ensure that relevant updates are made to existing Group Processes and policies
• With the guidance of the Group People Experience Partner, the holder will ensure the standardisation of all Group HR documentation & policies by managing and logging updates to these documents so that they remain current, and consistency is maintained for the HR Community
• Supports the Group People Experience Partner with ad-hoc reports for data analysis for our global benefit platforms, and other initiatives

HR Intranet & Communication

• Responsible to building & maintaining the HR Intranet on the Sharepoint by consolidating all HR processes & updates on an ongoing basis
• Maintains the HR Community Team channel by regularly updating internal communication
• Writes company-wide email on new initiatives and sends them through a platform called Pardot

HR Governance

• Oversees HR Governance by ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, policies, and procedures, and by keeping abreast of changes in HR laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Supports the Group PEX Partner to conduct monthly governance calls with the HRBPs to ensure that every new processes are successfully rolled out

Ad-hoc support

• Provides practical HR support to the wider HR team, by addressing ad-hoc queries;
• Supports the Group People Experience Partner & the SVP HR in the process for uploading HR invoices to our system and builds relationships with all our vendors;

Key competencies

• Possesses excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent experience in project management
