We are seeking a dynamic Global EHSQ Manager to provide leadership, support, and technical expertise to ensure the well-being of our employees while maintaining compliance with global safety and environmental regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety and lead initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
- Compliance & Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain a global EHSQ management system in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Certification Management: Oversee certification processes across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company-wide adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of safety-related incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Auditing & Action Planning: Plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits while ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver EHSQ training programs to equip employees with essential safety knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Track EHSQ performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Systems Management: Oversee SharePoint applications to optimize global data management.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum five years of experience in a senior safety leadership role.
- Chemical industry experience is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for safety management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
