Huttopia invites its clients to disconnect from everyday life, get closer to nature and reconnect with loved ones, while enjoying campsite amenities and exploring the region’s best attractions. An innovative leader in ecotourism, Huttopia was founded in Europe over 20 years ago. Today, the company is pursuing steady development in Europe, North America and Canada, and manages more than a hundred outdoor resorts with glamping-type accommodations worldwide.

Your Missions

• Organize the catering/maintenance departments and manage your team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, buildings, green spaces, and the pool.
• Comply with regulatory obligations: urban planning, hygiene, and safety of property and people.

During the restaurant service period (July/August + holidays), you will also take charge of the catering department alongside your other responsibilities:

• Develop the restaurant's revenue.
• Prepare pizzas and platters while adhering to established processes.
• Manage orders and stocks in collaboration with local suppliers.

As an Assistant Campsite Manager, you will lead a team but also step in hands-on: you know how to replace your team at a moment’s notice!

Your Profile

• You are passionate about customer relations, and service is second nature to you.
• You trust your team and enjoy guiding and helping them grow.
• Organized, you can handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• A true all-rounder, you thrive in hands-on work, versatility, and unexpected challenges.
• You love the outdoors, which is important for living in nature and sharing your passion with our clients.
• Authentic, you know how to maintain a friendly relationship with clients and local partners.
• You have a driver’s license and, since more than 50% of our clients are international: you speak English fluently!

Additional Information

• Fixed-Term contract (Permanent contract can be possible depending on location).

• Management-level status.

• Phone plan and laptop provided.

• Salary range in Spain (depending on province): 1,900€ - 2,000€ / month (gross)
