Your Role And Work Environment

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Computational linguist to join our Strategy Team of Human Connection

The responsibility of this team is to develop the new ING Chatbot, and our way of working is Agile

Your Key Responsibilities

As a computational linguist you will:

Positively contribute to develop the cognitive engine of ING’s new chatbot

Co-create the best-in-class customer experience in our Chatbot

For Us, a Computational Linguist Is Someone Who

Knows about: Natural Language Processing projects. Particularly working with Google Dialog Flow CX although knowledge in other chat development tool would be also welcome.

Can: Communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advance English is required)

Is a Master Of

• Training and maintaining Bot’s models of understanding (NLU)
• Developing and deploying the conversational architecture
• Version control software (GIT)
• Knowledge of Python and specific NPL libraries (NLTK, Spacy, Hugging face…) and Google Cloud Architecture would be desirable.
  
  

Loves To

• Keeping abreast of new emerging technologies in the field of natural language processing (e.g. generative AI)
• Work as a team, taking advantage of his strong communication skills
  
  

Defines himself/herself as a team player. Flexible, dynamic, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments in coordination with the rest of the areas.

Para Nosotros, Un Lingüista Computacional Es Alguien Que

Sabe sobre: Proyectos de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural. Particularmente trabajar con Google Dialog Flow CX, aunque el conocimiento en otras herramientas de desarrollo de chat también sería bienvenido.

Puede: Comunicarse claramente (escrito y oralmente) con diferentes partes interesadas (se requiere inglés avanzado)

Es Un Maestro En

• Entrenamiento y mantenimiento de los modelos de comprensión de Bot (NLU)
• Desarrollo e implementación de la arquitectura conversacional
• Software de control de versiones (GIT)
• Sería deseable tener conocimientos de Python y de librerías específicas de NPL (NLTK, Spacy, Hugging face...) y de Google Cloud Architecture.
