The role:
To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a Product Manager - Product Portfolio Management (Service Now PPM / SPN).
Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and within the Product Group, the Product Manager is responsible for the Product and Portfolio Management tool (SNOW SPN /PPM).
Will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope (including IT consumers´ adoption). Along the full product life cycle, the product manager works closely with the functions and IT customers to support company objectives and initiatives.
The product manager is also accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including value delivery model (L1, L2, L3 etc.).
On the delivery side of the product will be responsible for analyzing and continuously managing the value for money, ensuring the product is adopted as widely as possible. The product manager delivers applications that support Nestlé´s initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centers of scale and competency.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business or Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in application development, information analysis in a multitier environment.
- Demonstrated experience with business process Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Data Strategy and performance modeling.
- Extensive expert knowledge in Product Group business, applications, data models and technologies (SAP, SAP MDG, IBM MDM, Snowflake, Azure).
- Strong Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.

About the Role
As an CMS Platform Lead, you will be working on the Content Management Systems powering the Nespresso business for the eCommerce landscape. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part a of large development organization with direct impact to the online business.
As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep CMS platform and technical expertise, being responsible for the vision of the platforms usage and their evolutions. You will guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise.
Nespresso is currently using Drupal as a global CMS platform for content management for web, supported by a platform supplier and a development agency. Nespresso is embarking in a re-architecture journey for all the eCommerce landscape, where Drupal usage and integrations will be reviewed to serve as a headless CMS for both web and mobile channels.
What You´ll Bring
• Create, maintain and evolve the vision and roadmap of the Drupal platform in Nespresso (how the platform will be used, application and integration architecture).
• Facilitate and orchestrate across teams (PaaS supplier, development agencies and internal teams) the agile and incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products) in DevOps mode.
• Responsible for the Platform Supplier functional/technical relationship, to ensure that the Platform has a proper update plans with a smooth execution, to ensure an alignment with Nestlé security and compliance standards and incremental features. • Technical guidance and validation of development agency solution designs and final deliveries to ensure alignment with the vision and roadmap.
• Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within your technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
• Work closely with Platform and Product Owners to facilitate the adoption of the new features provided by the CMS platform updates.
• Supports market & project validation; supports specification and configuration activities and integration of 3rd party services as directed.
• Support troubleshooting of complex issues in production.
• Contribution to the knowledge base by elaborating guidelines for the Drupal end-users.
• Act as a Drupal Subject Matter Expert for future needs.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and approach to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base. Possibility of working hands-on in Proof of Concepts.
Who You Are
• Bachelor´s degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise. Ideal experience of 3-5 years in Drupal CMS development and 2-3 years in Drupal architecture or platform leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. • Proven experience in leading a technical a platform and business stakeholders management.
• Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
Bonus Points If You:
• Experience with Acquia Cloud Site Factory is a definite plus. • Have been active in Drupal community.
• While having a strong focus and experience on Drupal is a must, other headless CMS platforms experience will be also valuable.
• Are passionate for technology and software development and can bridge technical and non-technical populations in a large organization.
