IT Platform Owner (Intelligent Capture Platforms)

We are looking for a IT Platform Owner (Intelligent Capture Platforms) to join our IT Platform stream in Barcelona.

The Role:

The IT Platform Owner (Intelligent Capture Platforms) will be accountable for owning and prioritizing platform backlog items and for the overall tactical value delivery of our Intelligent Capture Platform.

You will be responsible for maximizing the value of the platform and the work of the solution vendors (OpenText and SAP). You will work closely with the IT Platform Group Manager to ensure that releases reflect the product strategy (i.e., Vision and Roadmap) and stakeholder needs, acting as a key information conduit for the solution vendors and functional stakeholders (Finance and Supply Chain).

As the owner of the Intelligent Capture Platform´s backlog, you will be accountable for the prioritization of backlog items and for the overall tactical value delivery in the Product Lifecycle.

What You´ll Do:
- Product/Platform Roadmap, Prioritization, and Stakeholder Management:
- Establish the product roadmap in line with the Product/Platform Manager´s vision and directions, manage the product backlog, define projects, and implement agile project methodologies.
- Establish product governance and compliance.
- Set milestones based on the roadmap plan and parallel value delivery plan.
- Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
- Lead reviews with the Platform Group Manager and stakeholders to identify organic or specific product needs.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and validate the work of tech teams on product items.
- Drive backlog grooming for clarifications of backlog items.
- Measure business cases.
- Track releases and product versioning.
- Define and own acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and other Platform Owners to ensure technical viability.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a field related to the product.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in product-based IS/IT organization as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the area of document management and capture.
- Technical knowledge of OpenText Intelligent Capture, SAP Archiving, OpenText Core Archive, or similar software.
- Experience working in Cloud Environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
- Experience in global security and compliance policies.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and with external vendors in English.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
- Experience in coordinating, prioritizing, and validating the work of tech teams and vendors.

Bonus Points If You:
- Have knowledge of GenAI applied to document management and capture.
- Have experience working within an Agile framework.
