We are looking for a new Analyst to join our buy-side team in Madrid.

• Actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies


• Conduct thorough research on selected target companies, including financial, strategic, and competitor analysis


• Analysis, preparation and drafting presentations of company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums and transaction documentation


• Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities


• Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements


• Analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions and


• Conduct valuation analysis

• A highly effective team player and motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, tenacity, and strong market research abilities


• Excellent interpersonal, presentational, adaptability and time management skills


• Holds strong academic qualifications, including a completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a science field with a financial focus


• Previous experience with transaction exposure in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity; operational or in-house experience is also considered


• First professional experience or relevant internships


• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting


• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Role based in Madrid.
