Buscamos a un perfil de Control de Gestión que quiera formar parte de un entorno de trabajo basado en los valores de nuestra organización: Sentido de equipo, Aprendizaje, Perseverancia, Proactividad y Transparencia.
Se integrará al equipo de Finanzas y Presupuestos. Buscamos un perfil dinámico y con orientación a la mejora continua, ya que se encargará de múltiples tareas para comprender la base del negocio y aportar valor en la toma de decisiones. Participará en la elaboración de informes de control y seguimiento, optimizando la información financiera y contable y ayudando a mejorar la planificación financiera y el desempeño de la empresa.
Principales responsabilidades:
• Elaboración, control y seguimiento del presupuesto de distintas áreas de la organización, reportando informes a dirección.
• Organización y estructuración de bases de datos financieras y contables.
• Optimización y mejora del ERP propio de la empresa, así como de otros sistemas de información y control de gestión.
• Uso de herramientas de gestión de datos para la visualización y análisis.

Formación y competencias requeridas:
• Formación: Licenciatura o Grado en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o similar.
• Experiencia: Se valora experiencia mínima de 2 años en análisis de datos, control de gestión y áreas financieras.
• Conocimientos técnicos:
o Excel avanzado
o Power BI (Nivel medio)
o Manejo de bases de datos
o Capacidad de análisis financiero y estructuración de información.
• Habilidades:
o Pensamiento analítico.
o Capacidad para organizar y gestionar bases de datos.
o Proactividad y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
o Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con distintas áreas de la empresa.

-Horario: 40h semanales. Horario 09:00 a 18:30 con una distribución inicial de L-J 9:00-18:30 (con una hora para comer); V: 9:00-15:00, pudiendo adaptarlo en Julio y Agosto ligeramente acordándolo con el profesional, por ejemplo L-J 8:00-16:30 (con 15 min para comer) y V: 8:00-15:00

The figure, placed in the Financial Department reporting to the Accounting Responsible and Financial Manager, will manage all the accounting functions.
Specifically, the position will involve the following activities:
- Manage all accounting functions within the company.
- Manage all the month-end close and financial reporting.
- Ensure month end and year-end closings are reliable and performed within required deadlines (IFRS and each Local accounting standards and Portugal GAAP will be a plus)
- Coordination with external consultants for fiscal declarations and needs.
- Assist auditors.
- Preparation of yearly Financial Statements.

- Manage specific internal control environment cycles and managing internal control.

The ideal candidate has the following skills:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
