IT Support Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Junior IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support as a Part Time basis. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain IT experience while ensuring our workplace remains efficient and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site End-User Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing immediate, in-person assistance for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating complex cases as needed.
Meeting Room & Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of meeting rooms and essential equipment.
- Manage cable organization, replacements, and testing to ensure smooth operation, especially during high-priority events.
Laptop Hardware Repair & Warranty Handling:
- Diagnose and repair common laptop hardware issues.
- Manage warranty claims and service requests to minimize downtime.
Ticket Management & IT Support:
- Address incoming IT support tickets, resolving minor issues and escalating major concerns.
- Assist with software support for SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
- Monitor Vodafone phone line issues and track IT inventory.
- Set up equipment and accounts for new hires.
General Qualities:
- Polite, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Sufficient English proficiency for effective communication.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Requirements:
- 1 Year as Onsite Technical support
- Spanish and English
