The opportunity
The role of the Senior Director Business Unit, Hospital Teva Spain delivers results by getting it done together in a compliant and ethical manner, will be responsible for leading and driving the business strategy for our Specialist, Hospitals and Tenders portfolio across Spain. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in strategic mindset, sales & marketing, business intelligence, growth initiatives and people management. This position possesses an understanding of organizational objectives and aligns resources appropriately to meet those objectives. While in pursuit of goal achievement, this person upholds the culture and values of Teva in all interactions and business matters.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Manage P&L: Develop and manage strategic& tactical decisions to enhance profitability and drive business unit growth. Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal/external, to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
- Sales & Marketing : Lead the sales & marketing strategy and execution for the Specialist, Hospitals and Tenders portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales & marketing targets and market share growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Innovative product launch experience is required. CNS and/or Psychiatry experience preferred. Lead high priority projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to make operational decisions and set strategic goals. Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics to measure overall project and teams’ overall success. Identify and exploit the competitive advantages of the company's Hospital BU portfolio and develop brand positioning and communication narrative Marketing. Collaboration with the portfolio & medical team in evaluating business opportunities, launches, and monitoring the product lifecycle. Define the customer experience and digital areas in developing and implementing the customer interaction plan Execution of Brand awareness activities.
- Business Intelligence: Utilize business intelligence and market insights to make strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities for the Business Unit. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business performance.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement growth initiatives to expand the whole Hospital Business Unit. Develop and execute strategies to launch new products and enhance existing offerings.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage Business key projects related to the Hospital Business Unit portfolio. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives aligned to Company goals.
- People Management: Develop and motivate sales & marketing teams in order to reach outstanding BU results through high levels of People Engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (min 15 years) in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Specialist/Hospitals.
- Proven track record in P&L, sales, marketing business intelligence, growth initiatives, pricing, project management.
- Experience in managing and leading large and diverse teams (with and without authority).
- Business experience within Spain is required
- Ability to build and effectively maintains strong, mutually beneficial networks/relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and possesses impactful and influential communication and presentation skills and keeps the goal in mind while moving the customer towards the solution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Project & Resource Manager to complement our team and working for our clients within the pharmaceutical industry. He should be able to manage creative projects from an operational point of view. Billing, invoicing, resource management, financial assessment etc. He should be able to act as a subject matter expert throughout the production lifecycle, alongside the Account team and client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery
- Working directly with the internal onshore and offshore production teams to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
- Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
- Work directly with key stakeholders and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
- Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.
- Work closely with teams leads to understand resource needs and project timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date resource schedule and forecast future resource requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of fulltime and contract talent as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals

- Serialization Program owner: Manage the serialization program. Support the development of the long-term roadmap and strategy and ensure program alignment with business goals. Work closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors to secure alignment on the program's objectives. Act as a SPOC of the program for management
- Program monitoring and reporting: Oversee the global project roadmap and execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring projects are managed and approved. Lead program meetings to review project statuses and monitor progress toward key milestones and ensure timely delivery of program outputs. Monitor actions, decisions, issues ad risks, and assist with needed escalations
- Resource Control: Ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to the various projects within the program. Manage resource estimates, demand and supply, and provide monthly reports about capacity
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the teams working within the program. Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the teams and projects to keep the program on track
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks that may affect the success of the program and support with development of mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the program, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Manage the expectations of stakeholders by clearly communicating objectives, timelines, and any changes to the program. Provide clear and concise reports to executives and other stakeholders on program performance, including timelines, and key outcomes
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the program processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Methods and Tools: Maintain and improve the existing framework of standards, procedures ant tools used for operations to monitor performance, allocate responsibilities, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery (KPIs, RACI matrix, risk management tools, projects templates, organization chart, etc.). Frequently use the methods and tools within the serialization program as required to ensure the program is strategically aligned, financially viable, well-coordinated, and successfully delivered
- Business Support: Ensure the program aligns with business strategy and objectives and enhances overall business operations. Provide regular support to the serialization and supply chain management team.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in serialization
- Must have experience in GxP
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership ability to inspire and manage large teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to think big-picture and develop long-term strategies for program success
