We at Coforge are hiring a Salesforce Technical leas with the following skillset:

Key criteria:

Detailed design, prototyping and testing, in an advisory capacity or hands-on, including the preparation and / or authoring of related artefacts (documentary and otherwise).
Formulation and implementation of Technical & Technology Strategies based on the salesforce.
com suite of products and services.
Detailed planning, coordination, management and execution of Technology Strategies to implement, integrate and embed Salesforce-based solutions in our client’s existing technology estates.
Define and drive strategies and technology roadmaps as relates to the salesforce.
com suite of products for the SFDC practice.
Develop relationships with client Executive and Technical stakeholders to reinforce and extend NIIT’s role as trusted advisor.
Estimation and resource planning associated with solution design and delivery, defining standards, solutions and schedules that can be, working closely with Solution Architecture and Leadership teams to do so.
Participate and at times lead response to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders as needed

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience defining, designing, delivering and deploying Salesforce based technical solutions, in the capacity of accountable or responsible contributor.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Enterprise wide Salesforce implementations.
• Certification in Salesforce to a minimum of:
• At least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
• At least one Cloud Consultant Certification from either Community, Field Service, Sales or Service
• At least one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track.
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and ability to present to a variety of audiences (executives to technically detailed audiences).
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

Preferred:

• Demonstrable expert level knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings.
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions: cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management.
• Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments).

Responsibilities
- Own the requirements definition for the local solution operation (e.g. performance, capacity, availability, disaster recovery)
- Oversee the definition and management of the local service operation, the Service Level Agreements (internal and towards third-party service providers)

Requirements
- Relevant higher education and professional background within IT industry

- 3rd and 2nd Level Support experience

- Release and Product Lifecycle Management experience

¿Cómo será tu día a día en room00?

Disponibilidad para viajar y permanecer en el lugar de la apertura organizando la misma.

Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

• Liderar y gestionar el equipo de SAP SD
• Supervisar y mejorar los procesos de OTC
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de las soluciones de SAP SD
• Colaborar con otros equipos de tecnología para desarrollar soluciones integrales
• Participar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de SAP
• Proporcionar formación y soporte a los usuarios finales
• Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en SAP SD
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa

• Empresa internacional de reconocido prestigio con oficinas en Barcelona centro
• Experiencia como Tech Lead o Consultor Senior SAP SD/OTC (+8 años)

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Titulación en Informática o similar
• Experiencia demostrable de al menos 8 años en SAP SD y OTC
• Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
• Capacidad para colaborar con otros equipos técnicos
• Habilidades de comunicación y presentación eficaces
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido y cumplir con los plazos
• Comprensión sólida de los procesos de negocio en el sector de Medios y Agencias
• Fluidez en inglés, tanto hablado como escrito
