FIRMA is looking for a full-time Junior Motion Graphics Designer
We are an independent innovation and branding communication agency focusing on
strategic consulting, with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a large dose of creativity, passionate about design and
branding, participatory, with the ability to work within a team and able to bring fresh ideas.
• A professional designer with 1+ years of experience
• A resourceful, highly organized, and creative problem solver
• Proficiency knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Suite
• 3D design & Cinema 4D skillset is a plus
• Meticulous about keeping your work files organized
• Able to handle multiple projects and know where to prioritize
• A confident person in analyzing design specs
• A proactive and reliable team player
• Somebody with good communication and organizational skills
• Immediate start

The main responsibilities include:
• Working with clients or creative teams to develop concepts for motion graphics
projects
• Using software like Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to create animations, motion
graphics, and visual effects
• Creating and sourcing visual elements such as typography, illustrations, and
photography to incorporate into motion graphics projects
• Creating a cohesive product through the use of music, sound effects, and voiceovers
• Working with the Design and Social Media teams to produce high-quality motion
graphics
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting and meeting deadlines, and
ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• You will ensure design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations
and executed within budget and timescales. This also involves working with internal
and external clients, pitching designs, and understanding client needs. At times, we
require you to develop visual designs, and at other times, be responsible for recruiting
and managing multi-disciplinary third party suppliers as well as internal design
resources.
• Staying up to date with the latest design and animation techniques, software, and
technologies to continually improve the quality of work
• Implementing new processes and practices to improve design and creative
department efficiency by applying your best practice toolkit
