Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a PR Intern to join our Havaianas Europe HQ team. This is a hybrid role that requires a passionate, proactive, and highly organized individual eager to gain hands-on experience in public relations and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will support the European PR team in executing strategies across multiple markets, managing influencer collaborations, and optimizing PR tools and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Press & Media Relations:

• Assist in identifying and managing press contacts across different European markets.
• Support PR campaigns and events by coordinating outreach and follow-ups with various media outlets.
• Monitor press coverage and prepare media reports.

Influencer Marketing & Seeding:

• Research and identify influencers relevant to Havaianas across different European countries.
• Support in influencer gifting and seeding initiatives, ensuring timely deliveries and follow-ups.
• Track influencer collaborations and report on performance metrics.

Content & Communication Support:

• Assist in the creation and optimization of press materials, newsletters, and PR reports.
• Contribute to the development of PR toolkits and presentations.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across different communication channels.

PR Tools & Reporting:

• Use PR tools to monitor brand coverage, analyze media trends, and generate reports.
• Help maintain databases of press, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Event & Campaign Support:

• Provide logistical support for PR activations, press events, and influencer partnerships.
• Assist in coordinating PR samples, showroom management, and event materials.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the European influencer landscape and media ecosystem.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong ability to multitask.
• Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Launchmetrics, Cision, or similar) is an advantage.
• Passion for the fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods industries.
