Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. During your internship, you will experience the Analyst role by being an integral part of a dynamic team of talented professionals and gain a better understanding of the nature and culture of our firm. From day one, you will be working with senior bankers and clients on complex and transformational financial transactions.

We’ll trust you to:


  • Conduct financial and statistical analyses
  • Carry out company and industry sector research
  • Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
  • Manage ad-hoc administration and project work
  • Assist in the execution process of deals


You’ll need to have:


  • Recently graduated or in the final stages of studies
  • Top academic performance in Economics, Finance or a related discipline
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Global perspective
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Affinity for teamwork
  • Energy, commitment, and enthusiasm
  • Commercial and creative talent
  • Previous experience in corporate finance, appreciated but not a requirement
