Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Learning Impact on full-time hours and working from home remotely. Please note that this is a 6-month temporary role for maternity cover.

As an Associate Learning Designer, you'll have a direct impact on supporting the Learning Impact team in creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet business and learner needs. Collaborating with our Product department, you'll play an essential role in:

• Assisting in researching and implementing improvements to learning products, user experience, and feedback analysis for learners, trainers, and clients
• Supporting the development and updating of course outlines, learning objectives, content creation, and quality assurance for new and adapted courses.
• Applying Learning Science and Microlearning principles to enhance content and ensure alignment with established methodologies
• Contributing to the design and development of learning materials (e-learning, videos, activities) and assessments to measure learning outcomes
• Monitoring the quality of learning content, supporting trainer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to methodologies across the team
• Maintaining project documentation, supporting the Trainer Community, and senior colleagues in training and content delivery.
  
  
  

What You'll Offer

• Advanced level of English (fluency in other languages would be a bonus)
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Strong interest in learning design, with a focus on learning excellence and delivering a great learner experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their use in content delivery and management
• Experience in creating content for adult learners and a background in training, with knowledge of the latest learning science and pedagogy
