🎯 Your Role:

As the General Manager for Barcelona, you’ll be at the forefront of Locallista’s expansion, overseeing market operations, building a local team, and driving engagement within the expat community. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution to redefine the expat experience in Barcelona.

✔️ Experience in community management, operations, sales, or marketing roles

✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔️ Passion for entrepreneurship and building something from the ground up

✔️ Familiarity with Barcelona’s expat community and local culture

✔️ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Lead Locallista’s market launch in Barcelona

• Build a high-performing local team

• Drive user acquisition through strategic partnerships and campaigns

• Oversee business onboarding and operational excellence
