Misión: atender al cliente en la recepción de acuerdo con las actividades propias de los turnos para asegurar la calidad en el servicio al cliente, ofreciendo siempre un servicio personalizado transmitiendo los valores de nuestra compañía.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Llevar a cabo de forma satisfactoria los procesos de check-in y check-out de los clientes y realizar la facturación de los servicios, cumpliendo los estándares de servicio y marca correspondientes.
• Informar a los huéspedes de los servicios que presta el hotel y atender las solicitudes que puedan tener.
• Comprobación del correcto registro del pago de las reservas e informar de incidencias sobre las reservas.
• Realización de upselling según el programa establecido por la compañía.
  
  

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia de recepcionista en hoteles 4*/5*.
• Inglés alto. Se valorará un tercer idioma.
• Conocimiento en Opera Cloud.
• Alta orientación al cliente y al detalle.
