Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Madrid. This pivotal role is key to driving our company's growth by attracting top-talent, effectively managing the entire recruitment process, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in recruiting technical profiles (IT).

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. If you have a knack for identifying exceptional candidates and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and attract talent through various channels, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
  • Conduct thorough application reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
  • Build a talent pipeline to anticipate future hiring needs.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and track key metrics to improve the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Welcome new hires to the company and walk them through the onboarding process

Networking & Employer Branding:

  • Establish networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Identify and document the best channels for finding ideal candidates.
  • Build industry contacts, attend recruitment fairs, and boost company recognition.
  • Work with Marketing to enhance our employer brand.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Expertise in using LinkedIn and other social networks for recruitment.
  • Strong analytical, observational, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
