Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector.
  • Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Regional Sales Director EMEA' should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the Hotel Luxury properties.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • An exemplary record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
