This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Reservations
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
