Interview Process
- Screening Interview (30 min): A conversation with Florian to get to know each other, and introduce you to WebPros, our culture, and your potential team. We’ll discuss your motivation, career aspirations, and how your experience aligns with the role while giving you as much insight as possible into what to expect.
- Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): Discussion with Tobias to assess team fit, self-reliance, technical alignment, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical & Culture Interview (60 min): Deep dive into technical expertise, problem-solving, adaptability, and data handling, followed by a cultural fit discussion with two team members.
- Offer Talk (30 min): Final conversation with Tobias and Florian to review offer details and answer any remaining questions.

What You’ll Do:
- Solve a scaling bottleneck in a critical service
- Deploy a new feature to production and progressively roll it out with feature flags
- Investigate and fix a production issue from a service your team owns
- Create a way to optimize a service to handle more traffic at scale
- In partnership with your team, plan the most important projects to work on next
- You are in the process of receiving/have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related scientific field, or equivalent experience
- You are targeting a 2025 full-time start date
- You are comfortable coding in one or more languages
- You value code simplicity and performance
- You want to work in a fast-paced environment that values its employees and customers
- You are a self-starter who enjoys partnering with other engineers and solving difficult problems
