Job Summary:
The Product Designer is responsible for building the UI and maintaining UX best practices across all our products. You will be responsible for taking your projects from concept and research all the way through to completion, working alongside the Frontend and Product teams to ensure their needs are met whilst adhering to the latest design trends and innovations.
It is your responsibility to always think about the bigger picture, maintain design systems for our platforms and be able to converse with stakeholders and educate them on your design choices.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Build & maintain design systems within Figma, adhering to the atomic design principles
- Utilize all features within Figma + explore plugins to create a bulletproof, unified workflow
- Build a clear format for all files that is unified so it creates unity within the team and for all stakeholders utilizing your designs (PO/PMs, Devs, Site Managers)
- Ensure you are well aware of SEO requirements, technical limitations that may affect your designs and be able to find solutions
- Work closely with the creative designers to implement their branding and graphical ideas into your products, providing them with technical specifications
- Maintain platform UI kits are unified with UI kits developed by the development teams, if any changes are made, ensure all necessary development teams and PO's are aware
- Create and maintain design systems that are used within our products to a pixel-perfect standard in Figma
- Research and deploy the latest design and product trends in the UI that result in better User Experience for our end users
- Look outside of our industry into apps/websites/viral trends, to innovate and bring new ideas to the business model
- Work with PM/PO teams to ensure your designs are correctly translated into working products
- Provide working prototypes to help stakeholders and developers have a more accurate idea of how the product or its modules should work across all devices
- Will facilitate and champion collaboration, and mutual respect throughout the creative process, promoting open communication among all team members and stakeholders
- Encourage and promote best practices are followed across the team
- Always on top of latest design trends to ensure the team and our products are modern and pushing boundaries
- Ensuring you have the research and knowledge to back up your design thinking when explaining your theories and prototypes to stakeholders
- Allowing time to educate and document your theories in confluence, or in demonstrations so people can understand your philosophy and provide feedback if necessary
- Experience in mobile app design
- Manage your Jira board and projects in a timely manner
- Ensure that any migrations or development work are not delayed due to design constraints
- Aid developers when handing over design projects, whether it be exporting imagery, providing details and insights or adjusting designs to updated specifications/limitations
- Attend meetings that are outside of direct design work but could affect project or product outlook to be aware of the full picture
- Learn as much as you can about the product development process so you can adhere your designs to any limitations and understand our products from a wider perspective

Personas con pasión por definir y diseñar productos digitales con una visión estratégica desde su desarrollo hasta su aterrizaje, y, en ese contexto, gestionar la dirección de Producto, liderando al equipo sacando lo mejor de ellos, te estamos buscando.
Responsabilidades:
- Conceptualizarás, definirás y aterrizarás productos digitales a veces desde 0 y otras veces partiendo de un producto ya existente que hay que mejorar y evolucionar.
- Llevarás a cabo la Dirección de Producto de los proyectos en los que estés, enfocando las metodologías y fases del proyecto de forma inteligente hacia el reto del mismo.
- Orquestar y orientar tanto el diseño de interacción/UX como el diseño visual/UI.
- Tendrás un papel clave en la relación con el cliente, dirigiendo el discurso de producto, con empatía.
- Tendrás una visión global del producto y del reto que supone.
- Serás capaz de anticipar riesgos y oportunidades que puedan surgir, y activarás las palancas o a las personas necesarias para solucionar (los riesgos) y aprovechar (las oportunidades).
- Participarás en iniciativas internas que contribuyan a llevar al equipo a crecer y al buen rollo.
Requisitos:
- +6 años de experiencia diseñando productos digitales
- Te manejas con Figma como pez en el agua
- Conoces metodologías molonas como: Service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures…
- Ambición de participar en proyectos internacionales y, por tanto, que te manejes perfectamente en inglés.
- Amor por el cuidado y atención del detalle.
- Te adaptas bien en ambientes cambiantes y situaciones de incertidumbre
- Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de equipo pero que no se te caigan los anillos si hay que bajar al barro.
- Tienes un gusto especial por el diseño, y obsesión por las cosas bien hechas
- Que seas curioso, que aprender y ser el mejor en lo que hagas sea tu objetivo

🎯 Tu MISIÓN incluye:
- Liderar el rediseño y la mejora continua de nuestro producto digital (web y app), asegurando una experiencia de usuario optimizada y alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.

🏆 ¿Qué necesitas para triunfar?
- 3+ años de experiencia como Product Manager, preferentemente en startups o entornos ágiles.
- Experiencia previa liderando el rediseño de productos digitales, tanto en web como en aplicaciones móviles.
- Experiencia comprobada en Customer Discovery y User Research: capacidad para investigar, entrevistar usuarios, analizar datos y validar hipótesis antes de definir soluciones.
- Experiencia en la implementación de experimentos (A/B testing, prototipos, MVPs) para validar decisiones de producto.
- Fuerte capacidad analítica y experiencia en el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos (Google Analytics, SQL, etc.).
- Conocimiento profundo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) y herramientas de gestión de producto (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, capaz de trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y de comunicar ideas técnicas a audiencias no técnicas.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas rápidamente y adaptarse a cambios en un entorno dinámico.
- Conocimiento o interés en el sector Health es una ventaja significativa.

You will join us as our new Associate Product Manager here at Product Madness. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and optimization of an existing game, where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top Product Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and help deliver features that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization. *What You´ll Do*
* Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.
* Aid with the conversion of ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and assist on the decision on their implementation - often owning features/optimizations from ideation to delivery.
* Learn to create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
* Gather and synthesize player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
* Work with our team of product managers, artists, engineers to learn how to prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap and help ensure implementation is executed.
* Learn to define, measure and analyze KPIs and base your priorities/decisions for next steps on metrics.
* Performing systematic A/B tests (split testing).
* Constantly optimize features post launch for even more engagement and monetization.

This role will suit someone at the beginning of their career or looking to move into a product manager role. You do not need to have experience in the gaming industry, however we will be looking for you to have a passion towards gaming. This is a junior level role where you will be given the guidance, support and training to excel your career.

The iShift Product Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for all iShift Pod (Agile Product Team). (S)He helps educate the Pod in Scrum and Agile at scale practices, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. (S)He also helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
iShift is a key strategic program for Sanofi to create a modern ERP solution that will serve as a foundation and accelerator for the company’s digital ambition.
The program is a strategic initiative aiming at harmonizing & simplifying ERP related business processes through the implementation of SAP latest technology (S/4 HANA).
Target Harmonization Level Is 80/18/2
- 80% of the processes harmonized across the group
- 18% of the processes harmonized at GBU level
- 2% for local/country specificities (ex: legal, fiscal or regulatory requirements).
The iShift Product Scrum Master & Agile Coach will be the owner of the Agile methodology for the iShift program and be the iShift Agile coach. He will also be accountable for leading the iShift Program Increment for core features and business value projects and he will support the Agile practice for deployment teams.
Main Responsibilities
iShift Agile methodology ownership
- Owns the methodology continuous improvement; establishes and refines processes that work for the team
- Makes sure the supporting tools like Jira and Confluence are setup to help the teams and are aligned with methodology evolution
- Keeps the methodology documentation up to date including program newcomer onboarding and roll-out kits
- Organizes training sessions to promote and master agility practices
- Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development
- Helps the Product Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Coaches team through Epics and stories, meet the delivery team’s Definition of Ready
- Prepare and Facilitates Project Increment planning throughout each PI
- Communicates with management and outside stakeholders; helps protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work,
- When dealing with external vendors, ensures the external team wrap into our own process,
- Facilitates all conversations and sessions with the larger group around Epic and/or Initiative discovery priorities, requirements, dependencies, inter-team cooperation
- Helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on large agile project
- Helps the team embrace agile at scale process and implement practices (ceremonies,…)
