Your mission
As a Senior Android Developer at Bitpanda, you will work on the development of our native Android app infrastructure as part of a core mobile platform team. You will be responsible for shaping the architecture of our Android application by driving key initiatives to ensure its quality, scalability, and resilience.

What you´ll do
- Design and maintain the Android app architecture to ensure a robust foundation.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold consistency and quality across the codebase.
- Establish best practices, document guidelines, and mentor fellow Android developers.
- Communicate effectively and work independently to support team goals.
- Build and enhance modules and developer tools that empower the Android team to deliver high-quality code efficiently.

Who you are
- Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Coroutines, Hilt, and Retrofit.
- Proficient in architecture patterns such as MVVM.
- Experience in managing and publishing Android applications on Google Play in a professional environment.
- Solid knowledge of UI testing frameworks like Espresso and UI Automator.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines - experience with GitLab CI is a plus.

Kotlin Android Microservices Kafka

Nuestro cliente es una multinacional del sector de la moda a nivel internacional con más de 2.850 puntos de venta en 120 países.

Tu objetivo será construir, mejorar y mantener la aplicación Android en el Proyecto: ADA+ (android device assistant) de las tiendas que trabaja con RFID, que controla el stock en tiempo real para que no haya rotura de stock en tienda, lo que les ha permitido un incremento de las ventas en tienda del 6%.

Es una aplicación moderna de Android que trabaja con Mongo DB, real, sincroniza por bluetooth con lectores de códigos e impresoras de etiquetas.

Trabajan con microservicios, kafka, Kotlin, APMS, Gitflow, Browserstack, SonarQube. Aplican metodología Agile-Scrum

En el proyecto hay 3 equipos, 2 destinados al desarrollo. Llevan a cabo 2 semanas de desarrollo y luego los despliegues se realizan por anillos (grupos de tiendas), que les permite detectar si hay problemas o errores antes de seguir con el despliegue a otras tiendas, se realizan por Googlebusiness.

- Diseñar experiencias atractivas e intuitivas para nuestros clientes. Serás el responsable del diseño visual de los productos y servicios digitales, asegurando una óptima experiencia de usuario y un diseño visual elegante y atractivo.
- Velar en todo momento por los intereses de los clientes, buscando el equilibrio con las necesidades de negocio y las limitaciones técnicas.
- Diseñar y desarrollar wireframes, sketchs, prototipos, user stories y user journeys optimizados para un amplio rango de dispositivos e interfaces pero con foco mobile first.
- Identificar problemas de usabilidad y proponer soluciones que añadan valor y ayuden a optimizar las conversiones.
- Mantener un enfoque de diseño centrado en el usuario, testeando e iterando rápidamente los diseños.
- Trabajar estratégicamente sobre la experiencia de funcionalidades y features, tanto nuevas como las ya implementadas.
- Colaborar y llevar a cabo sesiones de trabajo con los miembros del equipo de diseño, tecnología, analítica, stakeholders y terceros.
- Serás guardián de la guía de estilo del equipo y contribuirás a hacerla crecer según vayan surgiendo las necesidades.
- Ayudarás a evolucionar el diseño digital del banco, así como a crear, mantener y evolucionar el sistema de diseño del equipo.

Experiencia
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como diseñador de experiencia de usuario, diseñador de interacción, arquitecto de la información, o similar.
- Experiencia en proyectos omnicanal (aplicaciones mobile nativas y web responsive) y en e-commerce.
- Experiencia desarrollando sitemaps, flujos, user journeys, y en la creación de prototipos interactivos de baja, media y alta fidelidad.

Conocimiento&Habilidades
- Conocimientos avanzados de patrones de diseño para mobile y de las directrices de iOS Human Interface y Android Material Design.
- Nivel avanzado en el uso de herramientas de prototipado y wireframing, preferentemente las de Adobe Creative Cloud y Figma.
- Contar con un sólido portfolio profesional con trabajos realizados.
