Who We Are Looking For:

We´re looking for a skilled developer with experience in building interfaces between systems and familiarity with .NET Blazor for frontend development. If you enjoy solving complex integration challenges and delivering intuitive solutions, this role is for you.

What You´ll Bring to the Team:
- System Integration: 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining interfaces between systems, particularly trading, contract management, settlement, confirmation, and clearing systems.

What are you going to do?

As a backend software developer, you’ll be working on services that form the base of our Social Media marketing tool. This role is driving our product teams forward ensuring they have everything they need in order to deliver. From maintaining our road map in collaboration with our management team and other stakeholders, to facilitating the agile ceremonies the teams require in order to get the best from them.

As a Producer, you are the go to person for the organisation to get an understanding of what is going to be released in our next version and when, grooming the product backlog and ensuring each element has the appropriate supporting documentation, removing ambiguity from the delivery team.

Main Responsibilities

Own the Product Backlog And Prioritise The Roadmap

• Take ownership of the platform and relevant workstream product backlog, grooming and prioritising according to the business’ and our partner’s needs.
• Ensure prioritised improvements have the appropriate level of supporting documentation and design input.
• Guide and support product designers by providing clear feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth

Optimise Team Engagement And Efficiency

• Identify and communicate all roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent the team from delivering.
• Run the relevant ceremonies to empower our teams to maximise their delivery potential, maintaining or improving their velocity.
• Provide support to our other teams where identified improvements can be made to the delivery processes.

Ensure Scalable Growth and Effective Execution

• Work closely with leadership teams to identify the needs of a growing business and the increasing demand on our development, design, and release management teams.
• Provide data to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverable requirements are realistic and achievable.
• Conduct the necessary scoping and pre-dev sessions as well as any other related partner workshops.

• Solid experience in a senior B2B or B2C product ownership position (Product Lead, Product Manager, Project Manager).
• Prior experience working in the iGaming industry.

Requeridos:

- C#
- Experiencia en el desarrollo web tanto en FrontEnd o Backend con frameworks de .NET.
- Dominio de la implementación de diseños responsivos utilizando HTML y CSS moderno, JavaScript, jQuery u otros frameworks de JavaScript
- Conocimiento de bases de datos de varias tecnologías de bases de datos.
- Experiencia usando herramientas de control de versiones (Git, TFS, Subversion, CVS, ..).
- Conocimiento de la programación dentro de algún ERP.
- Experiencia en la interconexión con sistema de terceros mediante APIS.

Se valorara experiencia en:

- Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones moviles hibridas con frameworks como Ionic, Xamarin o Flutter.
- Comprensión de los conceptos de POO, Inversión de Control (IoC), e Inyección de Dependencia (DI) y patrones de diseño. Conocimiento de conceptos Clean Code y SOLID.
- NET CORE.
- Framework Angular.
- Git y flujos de trabajos Git (como GitFlow).
- Motores de Base de datos Relacionales. SQL Server, HANA SQL, POSTGRESS , MYSQL.
- Motores de Bases de datos no relacionales ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis, CouchDB.
- Utilizacion de colas y buses empresariales (ESB). Masstransit, Nservicebus,RabbitMQ.
- Programación con objetos DCOM y
- Crystal Reports.
- Conocimiento en el consumo la implementación de APIS, RESTFUL API, ODATA.
- Experiencia en pruebas unitarias y DDD.
