Profile Purpose
Reporting to the marketing and communications direction, this post will be responsible for coordinating and adapting the global marketing and communication strategy to different countries.
They will also report campaign results and share best practice models (local success stories) that can be applied across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Adapt the global communication strategy for marketing and communication teams in different countries, ensuring it fits the local market.
- Execute the global communication plan (internal and external) and storytelling. Create relevant multichannel content for the company.
- Coordinate with marketing managers from various subsidiaries to ensure correct application of the corporate image.
- Adapt the digital strategy and policies (social media and websites).
- Collaborate with and support the Iberia Marketing Director in developing various initiatives.
- Develop projects assigned by the marketing direction:
a) Supervise and manage projects from the initial phase through planning, execution, and monitoring, up to the creation of final reports.
b) Coordinate with the various teams (internal and external) involved.
c) Monitor and control budgets and execute deadlines.
Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge of various marketing techniques and tools (digital, communication, design, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions.
- Studies or interest in AI applications appreciated.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing departments in private companies (preferably with international experience).
- Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency. Other European languages desirable.
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
