Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to oversee the management and distribution of project documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, version control, archiving, quality assurance, and document security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the project owner for document management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain version control of all project documents, ensuring that the most current versions are readily accessible to team members.
• Oversee the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Ensure document security protocols are adhered to, protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access.
• Generate regular reports on document management processes and compliance to the Senior Project Manager.
